Stories From Women I’ve Walked Alongside

Working with Pamela helped me reconnect with myself in a way I hadn’t experienced in years. I came into coaching feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and unsure of what I needed. Through her compassionate guidance, I learned how to prioritize my wellbeing without guilt and trust myself again. The changes were gentle but profound.

Pamela created a space where I felt truly heard and supported. Her thoughtful questions and practical tools helped me move through self-doubt and perfectionism with greater confidence. I now approach life with more balance, self-compassion, and clarity.

The coaching experience gave me permission to slow down and pay attention to what mattered most. I learned how to set healthier boundaries, honour my needs, and make decisions that felt aligned with who I am. I’m incredibly grateful for the support and encouragement I received.

I joined coaching during a major life transition and wasn’t sure where to begin. Pamela’s warmth, wisdom, and gentle accountability helped me navigate uncertainty with confidence. I left feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to myself.

The combination of coaching, reflection, and self-care practices transformed the way I relate to myself. Instead of constantly striving and pushing, I’ve learned to approach life with more kindness and trust. It has been one of the most meaningful investments I’ve made in myself.

I have referred to my notes and breathed, hugged myself and think about what makes me happy and fulfilled, I so loved this retreat. I’m a slow learner and needed this reminder to be true to myself. Pam, “you did good!” Seriously, this shifted my thinking during this pandemic. Thank you. I enjoyed laughing at each other and ourselves doing and sharing paradoxical thinking and the exercises Leah shared were very helpful and something I never knew.

This retreat came at a needed time. Thank you Pam I have become more aware of self compassion. The most valuable thing I learned about self compassion and my needs during this retreat is that I do not show myself any self compassion. I need to give myself time to do this no matter what is going on in my life. I also noted that I do not know at times what I need and I hope with self compassion I will become more aware of my needs and listen to myself to become more aware of what is happening inside of me.

I think this was a brilliant retreat...especially given how frayed people are in this strange time. The timing was perfection for me. Self-compassion is so much simpler than I thought to access. Not EASY, mind you, but simpler. It's not hard to make it a priority. But it is vital.

Pam has a way of asking questions to encourage you to see where you can take your life, solve whatever hang up you may have, and help you grow into an improved version of yourself. She is genuinely invested in the people that she works with. Rachel

As a self-employed consultant, who lives and works alone, I often function in a vacuum. I'd asked Pamela to help me with strengthening my own accountability (because I really only report to my two horses and two cats who make it very clear if their meals aren't presented on time!) There was one exercise especially - which I'll let you ask her about - that I found really inspiring! Suffice it to say, those 3-5 words contributed to the traction I needed to get "unstuck".
